Pre-K & Kindergarten

Molly Crawford is looking forward to helping each PreK-K student be a successful learner and to help prepare them for their future.   She enjoys seeing students succeed. She believes in hard work, and that it is her job to help them grow and be challenged to be the best students they can be.

In her classroom,  she sets high expectations for all students. She then creates an engaging learning environment of support and encouragement to help them rise to these expectations. She sees each student as an individual. She strives to meet them where they are currently, and to help them achieve everything they are capable of accomplishing. Miss. Molly is looking forward to the fun energy that this class has and is excited to see all of the students grow in the next year.

The PreK-K Classroom

Students in PreK-K engage in creative play, art, time out doors exploring nature in addition to learning their letters (capital and lower case) and letter sounds. They are reading or read to every day. PreK-K students learn to count, and simple addition and subtraction.  Students also engage in play with each other, learning to establish rules of play, and sharing.
